Stacy C.W. Saunders is an attorney with the firm of Thomas J. Dwyer & Associates since June 2020. She received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in Champaign, Illinois. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. Her primary practice areas include estate planning, estate/trust administration, and business formation.

Stacy began her career as an attorney in the Office of the General Counsel for the Chicago Housing Authority where she provided legal counsel and managed a litigation caseload including complex litigation. She then moved into research and management roles with the YMCA of the USA where she developed management consulting services and products, including charitable giving and financial analysis resources, for tax-exempt organizations nationwide.

Stacy serves as President of the Kiwanis Club of River Forest-Oak Park and sits on the Leadership Team of the Advocacy Council for Women Employed, Illinois. She lives in River Forest with her husband, Joe Mitzenmacher, and their three children. She enjoys ballroom dancing, biking, and hosting international visitors and family from across the country.
