Molly M. Crawford is a paralegal in the Estate Planning and Estate/ Trust & Probate Administration group at the firm and has been with Thomas J. Dwyer & Associates since August 2020. She received her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. Molly began her career as an administrative assistant for the Vice President of Operations & Construction at Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc. She then moved into an administrative role at Deloitte, where she supported accounting professionals (partners to managers) and was involved in mentoring other administrative professionals. Molly also spent time working in the AbilityFirst Business Resource Group at Deloitte, where she volunteered for local charities and helped create a scholarship for students with disabilities at DePaul University. After the birth of her first child, Molly moved to a job closer to home at Community Bank of Oak Park River Forest (now Byline Bank), supporting the President & CEO and other senior professionals. 

Molly has been a lifelong volunteer for The Muscular Dystrophy Association, raising funds through various local events and volunteering at their yearly summer camp for kids with muscular dystrophy. She also spent five years on the executive board of the Young Irish Fellowship Club of Chicago, where she helped host fundraising events for local charities and chaired the Forever Green St. Patrick’s Day fundraiser. Molly resides in Elmwood Park, Illinois with her husband, Bob, and two daughters, Teagan and Maggie. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering at her alma mater / daughters’ school in River Forest, Illinois, and traveling to see family and close friends.
