Career Opportunities

We are a boutique tax and estate planning law firm established in 1993 by Tom Dwyer Sr. The firm has grown significantly since then as a result of our dedication to giving every client the best guidance and advice possible.

It is our objective to put our clients in a better position to succeed. We provide thoughtful and measured tax and estate planning counsel, solve problematic tax issues, and consult on legal matters. To accomplish our objective, we require independent thinkers – professionals who do not want to be micromanaged. Our professionals must be able to manage their own schedule and work independently. They must also not be afraid to ask a myriad of questions to show their willingness to learn, desire to grow, and desire to get it 100% correct. Accuracy, organization, and accountability are extremely important to our firm. Each professional we work with should value their time spent with us and appreciate our clients.
